Made with 100% New York State Grains, this Single Malt is deep and rich in flavor. This specialty malt contributes notes of chocolate, pastries, nuts, sweet caramel and raisins. The maturation in the new casks brings out hints of caramel and coconut. 

Aged a minimum of 3 years in New Charred American Oak Barrels at 86 proof.
